Every dog coat we make is crafted especially for your pup. As each coat is made to order, we first source the required materials and then carefully handcraft your bespoke coat to your specifications.

Because of this, our typical turnaround time is 3-4 weeks before your order is ready to be dispatched. We believe it’s worth the wait to ensure your dog receives a coat that’s made with care, attention to detail, and the perfect fit.

Once your coat has been completed and shipped, you’ll receive confirmation and tracking details (where available), so you can follow its journey right to your door.

Refund policy

This Refund Policy describes how Tina’s Tunics will act regarding refunds requested by customers.

This policy applies to all products made and sold by Tina’s Tunics, unless otherwise agreed in writing or governed by a separate contract.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered if:

• The product is defective due to production faults.
• The product received does not match the confirmed order specifications.
• The incorrect product was posted due to our error.
• The product was damaged during shipment and the damage is reported promptly with supporting evidence.

Refunds are subject to inspection and verification by Tina’s Tunics.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Normal wear and tear.
• A product returned without prior authorization.
• A product returned after the applicable return period.

4. Reporting a Problem

Customers must notify Tina’s Tunics of any defects, shortages, or incorrect shipments within 30 days of delivery.

• Photographs or other supporting documentation

5. Return Authorisation

Before returning any products, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Tina’s Tunics.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

6. Inspection Process

Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If the claim is approved, Tina’s Tunics may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product;
• Issue a partial or full refund;

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be auctioned on the same day of receipt of an approved claim and  processing typically takes 5–15 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

8. Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified production defect:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the return results from our error or a production defect, Tina’s Tunics will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

9. Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Because our products are custom made and are produced specifically to customer requirements, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except where the products are defective or fail to meet the agreed specifications.

 

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tina’s Tunics’ liability is limited to the repair or refund of the purchase price of the affected products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
