- The website is controlled and operated by Tina’s Tunics. These terms and conditions, their validity, construction and performance of this agreement shall be governed by UK Law (England & Wales).
- Information held on the site is accurate to the best of our knowledge but it is impossible to make representations or warranties otherwise. We do not accept any liability arising out of reliance on the website.
- The right is reserved to change, modify, substitute or remove products or information without notice .All orders and quotes made prior to the changes will not be affected.
- Any links to websites provided outside www.tinastunics.co.uk are not endorsed by Tina’s Tunics and no liability is accepted for the content on those sites or the services provided through them. The inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of views, statements or information contained in such websites.
- We make every effort to faithfully illustrate measurements and colours but, as colours can vary from screen to screen, Tina’s Tunics’ reproduction on-screen on the website may vary from actual colours used in the eventual product. We would always prefer to provide an online illustration of the intended materials to be used in advance, for client approval, prior to commencement of production and your co-operation as our client is requested and welcomed in advance.
- Refunds will be processed the same day as the item is received back and will be by the payment method used to place the order. Please note refunds can take between 5 to 15 days to be returned to the original payment method used when the order was placed.
- Please note that personalised, custom size coats, and bespoke items are non returnable, unless the item is faulty or the personalisation is incorrect due to an error on Tina’s Tunics’ part.
- Any information published on the website is provided for information only and is not endorsed in any way, shape or form by a veterinarian.
- By using the website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Tina’s Tunics and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for any commercial purposes.
